How long is my quote valid?
Thirty days. If material prices move after that, we'll re-confirm the price with you before any work starts — you'll never be surprised by an invoice.
Do you require a deposit?
For most projects we take a small deposit on acceptance to lock in your schedule slot, with the balance billed on completion — after your final walkthrough, not before.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. DuraCoat is a licensed contractor carrying full public liability insurance and workers' compensation. Documentation comes attached to your quote.
What does your warranty cover?
Our written workmanship warranty covers failures caused by our application or preparation — peeling, blistering, or flaking on surfaces we prepared. If it's our fault, we fix it free. Simple as that.
