What coating systems do you use?
The one your environment requires — not a one-size-fits-all product. We specify high-build epoxies, polyurethanes, and zinc-rich primer systems based on your substrate, exposure conditions, and traffic, and we document the full specification in your quote.
How do you work around our production schedule?
We plan the entire project around your shutdown windows and maintenance periods. Where a full shutdown isn't possible, we stage the work into zones and use fast-cure systems to minimise downtime per area.
Are your crews certified for industrial sites?
Yes. Our industrial crews hold working-at-heights and EWP licences, are safety inducted to your site requirements, and work under documented safe work method statements. We're used to strict site compliance — it's our default, not an extra.
Can you fix existing corrosion, not just paint over it?
Painting over rust wastes money — it always comes back. We prepare surfaces to specification first: abrasive blasting or mechanical preparation, rust conversion where appropriate, then a barrier system engineered to stop the corrosion cycle.
